Serve the People is joining hands with gastroenterologist Dr. Ketan Shah to bring high‑quality gastrointestinal services directly to our community. Dr. Ketan Shah is a triple board‑certified gastroenterologist known for his expertise in advanced endoscopy, colon cancer prevention, and cutting‑edge treatments for GERD, Barrett’s esophagus, and complex GI disorders. A graduate of UCLA and USC’s Keck School of Medicine, with additional MBA training, and dual residency training at Duke, he completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at UC Irvine under world-renowned specialists.

He was the first community gastroenterologist in Orange County to perform Transoral Incisionless Fundoplication for GERD and has led research linking pediatric GERD to later development of Barrett’s esophagus and esophageal cancer. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Gujarati and Hindi, Dr. Shah is known for his compassionate care.
